Work on PB 2028-TD Container/Cargo Vehicle Scanner System at Karachi International Container Terminal (KICT).
Work on Siemens S7300 & S7400 Series PLC’s hardware installation including power supply, processor unit, Input & Output modules and communication modules and connector.
Work on magnetic contractors, Breakers, relays, overload, Phase sequence relay, Timer relays, Detectors, Digital Acquisition and control modules and PLCs.
Assist the team carrying out breakdown & preventive activities of plant machineries, factory electrical distribution network, lighting etc.
Assist in design the circuit as per the required logic. • Preparing a list of spare parts required.
Developing a calendar for preventive maintenance activities to be carried in the plant.
• Maintaining a daily log book of units and jobs carried out. • Assisting the team carrying out oil filtration & other tests of transformers.
• Resistance checking of earthing pits.
