Visit the market (shops, departmental stores, sweets & bakery) to ensure availability & merchandizing of our products
Focus on targets & struggle to achieve in time with vigilance
Check the quantity, quality & expiry date of products
Study the market trends with season and inform to Management on seasonal changes & improvement steps to increase the sales & minimize the complaints
