Conduct comprehensive monthly spot check covering all legal and customer requirements in a systematic way and do follow up with concerns to resolve all highlighted problem.
Internal audit performs and close CAPA NCs.
Conduct work council & canteen committee election and conduct committee minutes as per schedule.
Maintain and update legal document such as civil defense certificate, canteen certificate, Medical examination certificate/ Hygiene card, Occupational H&S, Payment of wages, Agreements, Contractor license, EOBI & SESSI record etc.)
Support and conduct JDs training with departments.
Maintain waste management record.
Audit of HSE record. (Risk assessment, Injury, sickness, accident/incident, trainings,)
Audit of Worker personal files.
Conducts workers awareness session of legal and customer requirement.
Perform Internal monitoring of workplace condition with respect to Noise, Lux and Temperature.
Conduct inspection and monitoring plan and ensure all inspections and testing are done timely.
