Major Responsibilities:

* Perform count and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy.

* Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.

* Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and location of all inventory.

* Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity.

* Manage cycle count of product inventories on a regular basis.

* Lead others in safe work practices, especially when in a distribution center environment.

* Monitor delivery schedule and customer orders.

* Place and receive orders in a timely and accurate manner.

* File claims when defective products are discovered.

* Coordinate with customer service and logistics departments.

* Check date-sensitive product for expiration and facilitate removal or transfer of product as needed.

* Perform process and system testing and track performance by area to locate and solve problems in data integrity, productivity, and efficiency.

* Train other employees in asset inventory management.

* Establish trusted relationship with supplier to ensure quality service and cost-effective deals.

Major Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes.
• Arranging for the induction and training of all new staff.
• Plans, organizes and supervises the operations of the warehouse facility on daily basis.
• Create GRN on SAP and related works.
• Prepare Monthly Inventory Demand, Compliance Report and provide to Production Department.
• Ensure product stock is adequate (Re-Order level + Danger level).
• Record daily deliveries and Bilties to reconcile inventory.
• Received Out of City receiving’s, Lahore City receiving’s and checked and managed their documentation.
• Transportation related all communication and their documentation
• Investigate complaints of customers.
• Communication with Sale and Parties regarding loading/unloading.
• Respond to complaints and queries concerning inventories and products.
• Supervised the inventory control team.
• Respond to complaints and queries concerning inventories and products.
• Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
• Resolution of receiving issues e.g., claim/correction/missing after discussion of HOD.
• At any time, any type of work can be assigned by HOD.

Major Responsibilities:
• Prepare Estimated Demand and Compliance Report after instruction of Manager Inventory.
• Create GRN of API on SAP and also update on Excel.
• Create Purchase Order.
