2. Oversee preparation of the cash forecasting sheet for the country program. Work closely with field and program coordinators to help them develop more accurate cash forecasts.

3. Preparation of assigned draft Budget vs Actual reports on monthly basis and sharing with Sr. Finance Manager for review. Updating spending Plan with program as per agreed time. Preparing recoding entries for expense tracking & reclassification in grants at month end.
4. Preparation of assigned grant draft financial reports under supervision of Sr. Finance Manager as per donor deadline. Provide support in drafting responses to IRC UK/H.Q offices and donor queries in time.
5. Prepare IRC staff Payroll Entry on monthly basis. Ensuring that staff salaries are disbursed before month end. Ensure salary charging codes are correct and timely posted in Sun system.
6. Generate Balance sheet accounts and perform amortization of IRC offices prepaid rent, staff Health & Life and assets insurance on monthly basis. Perform Balance sheet items reconciliation at the end of each quarter and share schedules with Country office.
7. Perform field visits for Monitoring and facilitating Cash disbursements as per program activities. Share Field visit monitoring reports with necessary suggestions for any improvement required in process.
8. Deal Field office Tax related issues with IRC Tax consultant on timely basis and ensure proper and complete IRC Monthly and Annual tax statements record keeping.
9. Play important role in developing the operational budget in line with existing and forecasted budgeting situations.

8.Making EOBI deduction from IRC employees and depositing on monthly basis with EOBI Department. Keeping the record and sharing the details with H. R department on monthly basis.
9. Prepare Cash Forecasts and Cash Transfer Request on monthly basis keeping in view Program & Operational Activities. Provide support to other IRC Field offices in Districts Kohat, Swat, Dir, Bunir & D.I.Khan of Khyber Pakhtune Khwa-KPK and correspondence with IRC Head office in Islamabad.
10 Assisting Finance Manager in Balance sheet Accounts & Other reconciliations on monthly basis, as internal control procedures.
11 Assisting Senior Finance Manager during Internal audit, Donor spot checks & Verification, Annual & External grant audits of IRC.
