As Mechanical Manager, my work description covers the fabrication and installation of Steel Structure, Cones, Hoppers, and structures. Worked at their Cherat Cement Line III project at Nowshera.

Fabrication& Engineering– as an AutoCAD Draftsman & Marketing Manager, (Client Follow-up, Drafting, Estimation, Costing, Designing & Implementation.

JOB PROFILE: Preparation of quotations, estimation design drafting of all Parts and Body of Vehicles and other industrial items. Finalization of projects, project execution, site coordination, manpower deployment, workshop supervision, store-keeping and procurement are within my job profile.

Hotel II at Muscat Bay (Qantab Beach) Muscat is a remarkable project their I worked at the External Aluminum Perforated (Laser Cut Panel) Cladding and the railings as metal work contractor. One other work given to us was the steel frames for the support of Multi-function Hall Two Sliding Partitions Support system from the Main Structure. Earlier the client thought of making this in RCC Columns and Beams but after the construction of hall and the storage room of Partition Panels, this seems quite difficult. I propose to make it on H-Columns and Beams for the connection of Rails of hanging partition. Their about 29 tons of Steel Beams and sections were bolted from the existing floor about 6Meter below the rail location and from the trusses and RCC walls of existing halls. This project was 400 thousands Rial Omani alone.


Private villa of H. E. Marhoun is one of the best project their we supply and install sliding gate about 900 Kgs with Glass and granite attachment to reflect the idea of Architect and other pergolas and wall decorations in steel and aluminum along with the Glass and Stainless Steel Balustrades and Railings. This project was 38,000 Rial Omani value.

JOB PROFILE: Dealing with Clients for Technical and Commercial related matters for the Co. Finalize the orders; supervise the execution, preparation and handling of drawings and design works, procurement and handling of suppliers / sub-contractors. Procurement of machinery and set-up of process workshop for Steel Fabrication, Machine Shop, and Insulated Panel / Profile sheets production system (in progress). Development of Aluminum cladding Panels (ACP) workshop in collaboration with Al Jaber Industries AjecoBond (Abudhabi). Successfully completed construction of block factory including 1300 sqm cover shed, block curing area (1300cum) concrete and 1,600 meters boundary wall. Two cover sheds for OTE vehicle leasing at Sur and Barka with service shed and vacuum bay also completed. The best project there was toll plazas decorative canopies and alum roofing at Sur Quriyat expressway with combination of fabrication, stainless steel aluminum and GRC wall paneling. For Zubair Automotives, Muscat, Alum, Glazing and SS Railing with the RCC Deck Floor that rest over I and H - Beams sections with Decking Panels and Concrete, covered with Tiles was successfully completed in the year 2008.

JOB PROFILE:
Preparation of proposal / project drawings of steel structure buildings, cold stores, offices partitions, showrooms, cover sheds, Aircraft Hangers, Schools, and quantity estimation etc.
JOB HANDLED: During my 4 ½ years all the mechanical, structural, Plumbing / drainage, and architectural design drafting works were done by me only. The Instaellation of ISOWALL Machinery for Insulated Panels and Shifting at new Location at Al Goze Industrial area carried out under my guideline. Some of large projects there I made all the design / drafting works were: Al-Khaleej Sugar Factory main storage shed, Jabel Ali (40,000 SqM), Al Ghurair Trading Warehouses at Al-Gose (25,000 SqM), re-cladding of two Aircraft Hangers at Dubai Airport (27,000 SqM). The Al-Itihad Private School at Jumairah where all the roofs are various shapes like hexagon/octagon style was very difficult cladding design I did. Sports Complex for Disabled, Sharjah was also one of the unique project.
There we developed a concealed fastening system for wall panels fixing with 60mm Polyurethane Insulation core.
