Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to a team of field workers involved in the SMART Nutrient Survey. Set clear objectives, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate team members to achieve survey goals.
Training and Capacity Building: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for field workers on survey protocols, methodologies, and tools. Continuously monitor their performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for skill enhancement.
Survey Implementation: Oversee and coordinate the entire survey process, including data collection, field logistics, and adherence to survey protocols. Ensure the accurate and timely completion of survey activities within the designated timeline.
Quality Control: Implement robust quality control measures to maintain data accuracy and integrity. Regularly review collected data, conduct spot-checks, and resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during the survey.
Data Management: Collaborate with the Data Management team to ensure proper storage, organization, and security of collected survey data. Assist in data entry and cleaning processes, and monitor data quality throughout the survey period.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of Watsan technicians to ensure that all well cleaning and rehabilitation activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with MSF guidelines and standards for water supply, sanitation and hygiene.
Conduct regular site visits to assess the progress of the project, identify any issues and take corrective action as required.
