As a Team lead / Instructor my job responsibilities are as following,
• Issue and Risk Management
• Test Documentation is created/updated/reviewed/signed off
• Demonstrate accountability in all assignments
• Develop and execute manual test cases for smoke, functional, system, and regression testing to support the implementation of Connecture's software solutions using web-based technologies
• Identify and report software defects and testing metrics
• Provide quality assurance assistance to the project team throughout the project lifecycle
• Submit daily/weekly QA project reports outlining progress, status, and issues in testing
• Participate in build process and ensure QA environment is stable for testing
• Create test estimates and review with Team and QA Manager
• Complete all project related tasks and ensure on time delivery of high quality project deliverables
• Participate in on-going, pre- and post-project quality reviews
