To handle all materials, Parts and doors, carefully, no dents or scratches during handling.To maintain cleaning and dusting of parts racks, boxes, cartons daily and regularly.To make the passages clear for easy movement of parts at service center store.To confirm 100 GRN against purchase orders through system and as well as physical counting at store.Reconciliation of monthly spare monthly spare parts received/ purchases with finance department/ factories each month.Prepare forecast spare parts demand, 1 month minimum stock level for service center and 3 months advance stock level for main parts store, keeping in view the existing stock at store and parts consumption.Maintain all record of store stock (Soft and Hard) on monthly basis under lock and key.To make demand for stock parts and complaint parts from main store-RITO.To check and count each parts on monthly basis and make consumption report weekly and monthly basis.To update the PNA in ERP to make report on dashboard daily basis and resolve PNA complaints on priority.To make PRN of received stock and enter in the store stock (ITO).To issue the parts against warranty complaints to each technician on MRQS book.

To maintain Files/ Documentation.To collect cash and deposit it in bank.To keep software up-to date.To give daily, weekly and monthly report of collection to accounts department.To maintain look after branch cleanliness.To perform admin activities in branch.To maintain company policies on floor.
