Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and implementation of a sustainable promotion program in the targeted communities and Health facilities:
• Identify the areas of need for health promotion and education within targeted communities through contact with community representatives and assessment of knowledge and practices amongst clinics attendants.
• Arranging training for Health Promotion and Communication skills at the level of all supported facilities
• Conduct training of community in health and hygiene promotion and the implementation of different techniques & activities in selected communities.
• Liaise with community representative and members for health work, if possible, encourage the formation of community groups for health promotion activities.
• Promote utilization of services available at the nearby health facilities by monitoring
To mobilize and gather community and introduce project activities
To organize and give prior information of all activities at field level.

Close coordination with Health Service Providers.
Close coordination with Community Institutes.
Undertake field visits to the target population for humanitarian assistance to flood affected area as per project criteria.
Identification flood affected beneficiaries as per project design.
Identification flood affected beneficiaries for hygiene kit as per project design.
Identification flood affected beneficiaries for MHM/Dignity kit as per project design.
To maintain documentation of provision of hygiene kit.
To maintain documentation of provision of MHM/Dignity kit.
To prepare progress reports on a bi-weekly basis with Project Manager/.
Ensure compliance and rules under the project agreement.
To maintain documentation/Files of hygiene promotion sessions (attendance, visibility, banners, etc.)
Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports as per the requirement of the project.
To ensure the organization’s visibility.

Key Responsibilities Management, Coordination and Quality Assurance of field interventions.Conduct different Training and Sessions on DRR, Gender and WASH, Social Mobilization, Financial Management, School health and nutrition committee (SHNC), School Management Committees(SMCs) and teacher and community representatives.Conduct screening of student to measure the nutrition status regarding health.Community mobilisation and formation of community groups and organisationsOrganise activities in the schools as per project design.Documentation of record of project activities and candidates.Report the weekly activities report.
