• Develop the department's annual budget, review it on a quarterly basis, and make adjustments as required. Create monthly sales orders to assess both direct and indirect cost allocations to the department, providing a comprehensive overview of profit or loss.
• Collaborate on procuring heavy equipment from Techno Mechanical, assess them for their suitability for the intended operations, engage in direct communication with vendors to ensure clear understanding, and negotiate favorable purchase agreements.
• Overseeing and managing the efficient equipment repair process to minimize machine downtime. This involves analyzing the execution situation and maintaining an adequate spare parts inventory to address any potential delays.
• Utilizing SAP ERP software to generate monthly performance reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Efficiency, Idling, Breakdowns, Sales versus Costs, and Equipment Deployment Planning.
• Engage in hands-on experience within the PET beverage production line, gaining insights into various processes and learning how to address issues that may arise during production. Additionally, participate in utility department roles, including tasks related to the Boiler room, Air compressor, Ammonia compressor, HVAC, RO treatment, and Power generation.
• Hands-on application of quality control methodologies and analytical tools, such as Pareto Analysis, Gantt Charts, Fishbone Diagrams, 5S, and Why Analysis, to actively oversee productivity, identify process defects, and implement effective measures for process improvement and optimization.
