1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the whole recruitment process and the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition.
2. Employee Records Management: Maintaining and updating employee records in the HR database.
3. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Managing payroll processing and supporting the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, EOBI.
4. Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts. Supporting HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
5. Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring that the organization complies with labor laws and regulations and supporting audits and inspections related to HR compliance.
6. Client Dealing: Understanding Client need i.e. recruitment for client, candidate-Client matching. Client Communication & Relationship Management, Contract and budget Negotiation.
Talent Management: Keep JDs updated & Managing Complete Recruitment Cycle, i.e. Job Requisitions, Job Posting, CV shortlisting, Telephonic Screening, Board Interviews, Final Interviews, Salary Negotiation, Offer placement, and onboarding along with Maintaining Applicant Tracking Sheet (ATS).
Employee Relations: Maintain employee database, process confirmation, increments, & resignations, updating leaves and attendance.
Payroll Processing: Processing monthly payroll with any change in salary, deductions, or arrears.
HR Operations: Assisting HR manager with day-to-day tasks and sending frequent reports to HR Manager related to Talent Management and Employee Relations.
