Preperation and presentation of monthy management accounts before Club Secetory and President.

Oversee daily financial reports to ensure accuracy in parking of all accouting heads.
Oversee daily cashflow to ensure cash management and forecasting to manage expenses for the month.
Liason with IT branch for better reporting and developments of new reports to ensure transperency and accuracy.
Liason with banks to develop an e-portal for all club member to pay their bills via online mobile app.
Oversee reconciliations of all bank acconts and vendors.
Oversee all payments and reciept summaries to ensure accurate parkings in ledgers.

Preperation of as is flowcharts of every department and highligting weaknesses & designing of better process flows to ensure
control environment
Reveiwing of current policies & procedures to identify gaps in procedure and non compliances of policies, further more
suggestion to relevent departments for amendments in the policy.
Implementing of control environment and audit culture to ensure high accuracy in every transaction.
Preperation of audit scope for different departments and perform audit as per audit plan.
Ensuring every transaction is supported by policy, agreements and contracts to ensure completeness and valitdity of
transactions.
Ensure complete audit trail of finance and treasury department.
Reviewing of every financial agreement and ensuring calculation of markups, leases and monthly or quaterly payments to
financial institutions
Revewing of complete financial reconcilaition of external financing and their markup.
Development of audit scope and planning for audit of different departments as special assignments
