I have been joined the “Atif Nazar Associates” from 01st –June 2023 as a Resident Engineer (RE) at Construction of Cancer Hospital-PIMS-Islamabad.                       
            PIMS cancer hospital will be 200 bedded hospital for indoor admission facility for various cancer patients and project cost is 3406.169-millions with covered area of 262,000-sft level of 1-B & G+4. The division of the bed as:-
a)     75 beds for adults oncology.
b)     25 beds for paeds.
c)     25 beds for gynae.
d)     25 beds for ICU.
e)     30 beds for private.
f)      20 beds for emergency.
·       Manage, supervise and administer all civil works contracts, incl. progress monitoring.
·       Supervise the works with proper allocation of responsibilities to the individual national supervisors and monitor, train and coach their work to ensure effective execution.
·       Ensure that all design requirements are met to acceptable standards, ascertain quality, and certify and approve stages of construction;
·       Verify drawings, specifications & work schedules process measured work, as well as Contractors’ claims, approve works and recommend for payments.
·       Ensure Works are executed in accordance with all provisions of the Contracts.
Ensure that environmental and social management and that the contractor has his own OHS plan in place and applied
·       Deliver reports that document compliance/ non-compliance with relevant Myanmar legislation, regulations and permits and related key performance indicators.
·       Maintain full & detailed permanent site records.
·       Conduct training duties (formal and on-the-job training) as per the training component plan, expected to make regular inspection visits to the project sites.
·       Also performing as team head of Handing-Over_Taking-Over (HOTO).
·       Make sure applications of RFI’s & Submittal’s and supervise the shop drawings as per site requirement.
·       Fabrications & installations of steel structure.
·       Testing and Commissioning as per contracts.
·       Make sure all is working according’s to updated drawings.
·       Make sure complete legal documents & Physical Progress at Site w.r.t IPC.
·       Make sure IR’s is closed according’s to activities.
·        Update the schedule & weekly monitoring progress.

Prepare and create project Budget for construction projects in respect to all terms of technical aspects to provide an accurate project budget in coordination with other stockholders.
Manage the contractor’s submitted EOT claims with respect to the approved baselines providing the full analyses needed after the verification and the study of the claim events & assessment done by the Engineer in a timely manner to avoid impacting the project progress and keep progress Ontrack.
Review Tender B.O.Q’s received by design consultants before tendering
Review payment certificates for contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Responsible for the VO process and coordination between all parties till we finalize the VO .
Ensure applying contract conditions, especially with regard to payment terms , penalties, deductions .... etc.
Prepare cost estimates and review cost assessments received from consultant.
Monitor and control projects Budgets.
Liaise with all departments to ensure scope of works are well identified.
prepare monthly cost report for the monitor of projects.
Advise the project director/PM on any issues that may impact cost or time and provide cost control advice to projects team.
Prepare final accounts and update project cost estimate considering any changes occurred or expected.
Ensure documents are maintained with the company policies and procedures.
Assist in preparing the company cash flow for the upcoming years by estimating the entire upcoming projects budget in accordance with projects schedule.
Ensure records and documents are filed and maintained in line with Company procedures.
Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software.
Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan.
Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and interface between the functional team/operational team and project team.
Participate all meetings (progress meetings, coordination meetings . . . etc.).
Ensure that time-limited work is brought to the attention of the line manager/officer
Ensure procurement, material and submittal logs are created and maintained.
Monitor design, procurement and construction progress for compliance with the contract. requirements.
Develop mitigation strategies.
Prepare weekly / monthly project progress reports to be issued to the top management.
Assist in identifying critical milestones including critical interfaces with utility providers and other. third parties.

 Now i am working with the “MMA Construction Pvt Limited” as a Project Manager (PM) from 01st April-2022 at project of “Capital Icon Mall & Residency”(3-B, G+27 & covered area = 871,000 sft), Islamabad, Pakistan.

 Evaluated Extension of Time (EoT) claims and applied various forensic Analysis and Time Impact Analysis techniques with Primavera P6.
 Contract administration, using FIDIC 2010 – Red Book, of all the contractual matters or disputes between the parties.
