Approve the registration or exemptions of C.A students applied on the bases of their general or accounting qualification (e.g. ICAEW, ICMAP, PIPFA, CPA, ACCA, etc.) after verification process.
Provide assistance examination related matters, invigilators duties scheduling, examination arrangements, schedule mapping, forecasting and administration management.
Administrative support on the computer based and paper based exams.
Invigilate the performance of invigilators to insure the examination decorum must be maintained.
Maintaining the security and integrity of the test information, operations and processes.
Maintain financial transactions and examine statements to ensure accuracy and comply with laws and regulations
Work with customer service manager and rectification department to ensure proper customer service is being delivered and also check performance of complain department.
Compile MIS reports (forecasting model) on daily basis.
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers. Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Utilize computer technology to handle high Email & SMS volumes.
Handle changes in policies or renewals.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including advertisers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
