I have been writing in Urdu since I was 9, and my work has been published in Akhbar-e-Jahan, Family Magazine and Phool under various pseudonyms. I started writing in English when I was 14, mostly dealing with Poetry, Short Stories and Fiction. I got published fast with a USA based magazine Teen Ink at the same age, and I have been writing since then for 8 years now. For many years, I ran an independent blog showcasing my work, worked as a Content Writer/Editor for ventures like theVoiceofYouth, Daira.co and various niche startups. I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Literature at LUMS before dropping out, and have completed my BSc from Punjab University this May in Applied Psychology, Chemistry and Physics (Result awaiting until September). It is an absolute delight for me to approach any subject, which is an asset for me as a Content Writer (I have worked for technology blogs, drama reviews, house maintenance projects, beauty blogs, education blogs, student advisory projects) and also complete dozens of Freelance projects as an editor, proofreader and an SEO writer.
During my time in LUMS and before, I was intensely involved with local TEDx events. I have also completed about 10 different MOOCs from universities involving MIT, Vanderbilt and McMasters, and I hold particular interest in teaching the subjects I am passionate about.
