Working as PC Support Officer with following key Responsibilities.
o Data center operations and support.
o Troubleshooting & Support for Network, hardware and software.
o Managing servers & Domain Controller.
o NMS Monitoring and Configuration and hands on for Configuration of NMS (Zabbix, Solarwinds NMS).
o Assisting users for Hardware & software troubleshooting.
o Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
o Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
o working in Rotation shifts to make sure network is up 24/7.
Key Responsibilities:
o Installing and Configuring Computer Systems, Diagnosing Hardware and
Software Faults and Solve Technical and Applications Problems, either over
the phone or in person.
o Monitoring and Maintaining Computer Systems and Networks.
o Set up New user's accounts and deal with Password issues for appropriate
access to resources in Active Directory.
o Troubleshooting Active Directory replication problems.
o Configuring & Troubleshooting Printers Issues. o Distribute packages via Group policy across all the desktops and servers.
o Tracking POS Transaction and Fixing POS Hardware issues.
o Responding in a Timely manner to service issues and requests.
o Providing training to staff at the customer location.
o Installing, configuring, administrating software applications.
o Dealing with different Virus infection & security threats.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o PC Troubleshooting for hardware, Software and Network issues.
o Managing and Maintaining the Servers, PC’s, Routers and Switches.
o Hands on Experience with following Cisco Routers and Switches :
o Router: Basic Configuration and monitoring of Cisco 2500, 2600, 1800.
o Switches: Basic Configuration and VLAN setup on Cisco 1900, 2950,2960.
o Active Directory Implementation & Maintenance.
o Remote Administration and Support using Damware, TeamViewer, Any Desk.
o Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate with staff who aren't technically trained.
o Teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams, clients and groups of staff across an organization.
