I currently work at the Al Ain University of Science & Technology as a professor of communications and business education and as an HR. Al Ain attracts students from many different countries in the region. As a result, I must engage with a diverse student body. One of the challenges for the teaching staff of such a diverse student body is to acclimate them to their new environments.
As a Human Resource Officer I was committed to provide assistance with writing job descriptions and to evaluate staff performance. I am to arrange or to review staff training sessions, to comply with staff requests for outside trainings and to provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans. I am responsible for providing everything to staff and to solve their job related issue. I am also taking care of staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure for the completion of this sensitive task.

Few of my job responsibilities as a professor and training manager are to handle London School of Marketing Programs (Bachelor), teach Bachelor Level Students under University of Northampton UK, conduct Review for MBA examination subjects under NCC Program, conduct Organization Diagnosis and Design corporate strategies in line with management, conducts Corporate Training; such as Human Resource Development, Strategic Planning, Strategic Management, conduct planning and brainstorming on how to achieve organizational efficiency, do Office works such as; drafting reports and presentations, conduct Corporate Training for different Offices related to Strategic Planning and Human Resource Management, do Office works like preparing reports and presentations and to conduct Career Guidance trainings in different Schools and Universities across UAE.

As residence manager my role was to facilitate the newly joined staff member by the time of their hiring. I was responsible to take care of their visa issues and flight arrangements as well as assigning duties to the driver to provide them pick and drop facility. I was also asked to arrange residence for them and to be updated about the issues they can face their and to be proactive for solving those issues to avoid any in convince.
In a role of Subject Coordinator, I drafted organisational strategies and plans for educational development. I was assigned to design HR tools for personnel development and to update them according to current demands and requirements of the field. I also provided training and orientations for new staff for comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and about curriculum development and classroom management. To bridge the gap in between staff and management I was to arrange meetings, preparing agenda, creating presentations for that, I was responsible for consulting teachers and students to determine what method they should use to teach and how to make learning more creative and interactive while ensuring to maintain critical thinking skills. I was also tasked to inform teachers about the changes happening day to day in the field of teaching english language study and how we can apply those changes in our classrooms.
I was also a mentor to students who helped them through problems they may have, give them study tips for scoring good marks and to help them with career counseling. For this purpose I made a students\' club in school any students who want to improve their performance can join. The aim of this club was to provide maximum support to the students, for example if a student had a problem in math, I would arrange extra classes for the student. If a student joins who is unable to share his opinion or is simply shy, I was tasked to help them integrate into the wider student body.
