As a pioneer and startup member of Freight-Box worked as a senior business consultant I was responsible to look after South East Asia, GCC and Far East region.
a. Assist advice and expertise to Freight-Box to help them to improve their business, Performance in terms of operations, profitability, structure and strategy.
b. Manage Client portfolios, consulting with clients to identify business needs and provide best practices.
c. Support Business Development teams in pre-sales, cross selling products and services to clients.
d. Organizing and executing assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements.
e. Meeting with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessments of a problematic situations.
f. Collecting the information about client’s business requirements through variety of methods.
g. I was also responsible of Digital and Conventional Marketing both for all regions. Which includes all social media channels, call centers, content writing, Blogging, designing and on field team members.
Joined WIPRO Technologies (UAE) in March 2015 and was assigned to multiple projects as Project Coordinator. I am responsible for management, monitoring and coordinating project activities for project carried out by the Team. I am involved with the Team from Project Concept, discussions, costing and budgeting, Project Approval documentation and Project Management and Implementation. Key activities includes the following;

b. Participate in Project Concept Sessions with the Team to arrive at practical and workable solutions.
c. Work with the Team to prepare project costing and develop budget for projects
d. Develop Project Plan, monitor Project Risk and ensure Project Compliance with the target date assigned in Project Plan.
In addition to the above mentioned I am also responsible to assist Service Team to perform their day to day activities. Key activities are;
a. Performs staff scheduling to ensure Services coverage during normal business hours and on-call support as required
b. Manages the staff including consultation on performance evaluations, promotions, hiring and disciplinary responsibilities
c. Monitors problem management database and follows up with assigned personnel to ensure timely resolution of problems
d. Invokes problem escalation procedures to coordinate recovery
e. Ensures that daily, weekly, and monthly statistics, status reports, and graphical reporting aids are completed and continually modified to meet the needs of the department
f. Ensures that decisions made to improve the overall customer support of the Help Desk are continually carried through.
As Business Consultant I was responsible to plan and implement sales and marketing activities in order to meet company targets for retention growth and profitability.

d. Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures, policy and employment law.
e. Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing departments.
