Supervising all field and CCR activities to assure the operation as per SOPs and process
conditions.
 Responsible to produce quality product utilizing optimum raw material and utilities
consumption.
 Lead the team of operation staff (process, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical) during the
shift.
 Liaising with supervisors of interlinked units for relevant load management & smooth operation.
 Troubleshooting process operation problems to maintain quality and to minimize production
loss.
 Balancing raw material supply and demand to achieve production targets.
 Managing IPQC (in process quality control) along with IQC (incoming quality) and OQC
(outgoing).
 Lead daily (shift) equipment inspection tour & data collection to gauge equipment
performance gapes for scheduling any required maintenance or preparing turnaround jobs.
 Authorization of hot / cold & line break PTWs for maintenance jobs and follow up till execution.
 To ensure safe handover of plant equipment or unit for maintenance and take in service back.
 Handling emergency shut downs, black outs and safe startups.
 Responsible to comply with OSHA PSM to maintain chemical process safety at maximum.
 Strictly handling high risk activities (chemical cleaning, pit cleanings & confined space entries
etc.)
 Full in charge for HSE management during silent hours to ensure compliance with standards
and procedures within battery limits.
 Responsible for continual housekeeping of plant area.
 Ensure that staff is fully trained to handle emergencies as per standard procedures and
guidelines.
 Monitoring final product packing and quality checks before dispatch.
 Prepare daily activity report for higher management and supervise production logbook
records.
 Assist the unit manager in any incident investigations and revamp activities.
 Monitor utilities section too like cooling tower and air compressor.

• To make rubber formulations as per required specifications.
• To calculate curing time and mooney viscosity before mass production.
• Supervising mastication and mixing process.
• To produce the master batch.
• To assist in producing final product through several processes.
• Quality tests as per requirement of clients.
• Presenting production reports.
• To implement 5s at plant site and in laboratory.
