ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.       Assigning the M&E targets to the sub-offices for implementation, using the risk-based monitoring approach and reporting the achievements.
2.       Review the progress of real-time data collection from Facilitation Centers on the quality benchmarks checklists and report the trends and issues to the M&E teams and the BNP-PMU.
3.       Ensure that distribution reports are timely submitted to COMET and the food distribution information is reconciled.
4.       Provide support in collection of beneficiaries' summary data and its management and reporting through a dashboard.
5.       Ensuring that the provincial-offices have adequate monitoring coverage of the BNP Facilitation centers (FCs) as per the monitoring plans and targets.
6.       Ensuring that the sub-offices have adequate monitoring coverage of the social mobilization/social and behavioral change communication (SBCC) interventions in the purview of each FC.
7.       Ensuring that data from sub-offices is timely collected, analyzed, and reported to the relevant stakeholders (primarily the Head of M&E Unit and the BNP-PMU).
8.       Supporting the M&E Unit in other functions such as validation, process monitoring, and PDM surveys.
9.       Supporting various reviews, special studies, assessments, and evaluations with qualitative and quantitative data analysis and report writing.
10.   Maintain information records in accordance with the relevant data policies of WFP.
11.   Receive and collate comments and feedback from field monitoring staff, cooperating partners and beneficiaries, and support identifying programmatic issues to foster efficient operations.
12.   Report issues or discrepancies to the supervisor/programme colleagues for their timely resolution and to ensure that the quality of interventions is in line with WFP standards.
13.   Report the critical field-related issues in the issues tracking sheet/SugarCRM and provide feedback for timely closure.
14.   Provide guidance to the cooperating partners on WFP operational practices, monitoring tools and methods in order to support them to complete self-monitoring tasks and to contribute to the visibility of WFP in the coverage areas.
15.   Ensure that the CP performance assessments on the prescribed checklist are timely completed by the sub-offices
16.   Ensure that the improvement action plans for the relevant CPs are timely drafted and their implementation is tracked and followed up

 Utilize Support in development of M&E plans and ensure that it is followed up during implementation;
 Assist the project in identifying key compliance/quality questions and parameters capitalizing on the existing checklists and minimum standards for monitoring project performance;
 Facilitate design of “SMART” objectives, logic models, monitoring frameworks, and evaluation plans during work-planning process;
 Assist MEAL Manager and Proposal development department for the development of Concept notes and budgets for the new funding opportunities.
 Contribute to the development of annual work plans to identify project targets and ensure inclusion of M&E activities;
 Includes interaction and engagement with internal and external stakeholders, communities, field visits and ensure safeguarding implications
 Establish and manage Complaint and Feedback Mechanism which facilitate beneficiaries/communities to register complaints and share feedback;
 Conduct quality control tests on all incoming data and supervise data entry and data cleaning/editing processes;
 Conduct field visits for data validation and to monitor the quality and completeness of data sets; coordinate data collection at project sites to monitor program development and ensure timely compilation and reporting of data; capture and document lessons learned; and champion the scaling up best practices;
 Carry out follow-up monitoring visits to materialize actions agreed in the action plan;
 Carry out data quality assessments/ audits regularly for MEAL data based on agreed indicators to guide decision making;
 Maintain existing indicator tracking tools; develop additional databases and tracking tools as needed to demonstrate the effectiveness of project interventions;
 Generate monthly indicator reports for tracking progress against key indicators as needed
 Review monthly progress reports from partners and ensure they have evidence to back-up and provide feedback to the respective staff;
 Collate/ prepare regional reports related to internal reporting such as the quarterly and annual reports;
 Ensure that cross cutting issues such as participation, gender, age and disability are effectively addressed/ mainstreamed in all project implementations as part of ensuring accountability according to CARE’s programming principles;
 Ensure Sex, Age, Disability Disaggregated Data (SADD), Accountability and Gender standards are consistently adhered in programme delivery;
 Cultivate and strengthen relationships with local partner organization, donors, private sectors partners, and national authorities;
 Support the IP to collect case studies, success stories and share it with internal and external audiences;
 Plan and coordinate project reviews, evaluations to be conducted internally or externally as required by project M&E plan.

 Ensure the effective field coordination, implementation of project activities and team management
 Utilize practical tools and methodologies to assemble data required on a recurrent basis to track CRA-USAID program performance for the small grants program to measure the impact of activities.
 Ensure that lessons and best practices derived through implementation of project are well articulated and documented
 Undertake field visits to project sites to Provide technical guidance and oversight over data collection activities
 Assist with period and systematic data collection and analysis of project results indicators, in conjunction with relevant project staff.
 Contribute to donor proposals and fundraising efforts (particularly logical-framework designs and formulation of SMART indicators) and reports, through analysis and interpretation of findings;
 Establishing network with the INGOs, UN agencies, local authorities, and other actors in the areas
 Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders’ clusters, Forums, Working groups etc.
 Develop productive working relationships with Government, Non-Governmental institutions, and other project partners
 Contribute to reports on progress on results indicators and assist staff in preparation of other program reports and communications materials, as needed.
 Monitor roll out and functionality of Database Management Systems (DBMS) and GIS across users including implementing partners as required
 Assist Communication Officer in translating M&E findings into success stories. Document and share the lessons learnt and best practices on time and ensure that the knowledge gained contributes to the improvement of projects
 Assist with grants or purchase orders for external project evaluators.

 Monitoring of self help latrines constructed in communities adhering the guidelines of improved technology and water safe communities
 Monitoring of WASH activities envisaging the MoVs and reporting to district management
 Quality assuring of beneficiary selection process through set rating criteria, identifying gaps and highlighting timely
 Support District Management, Project Manager and MEAL department in implementation of MAP MEAL guidelines for all the programmes and projects at district level.
 Support to design, conduct and manage baseline/endline assessments, data collection methods and schedules, special studies and surveys in accordance with objectives and expected results for management and lessons learnt.
 Responsible for managing the Project Progress Matrices/ tracking sheets (PPMs) and other data gathering tools based on key performance indicators of all projects/programs and make sure that district offices provide data on timely basis.
 To carry out regular field visits to project areas, prepare and disseminate monitoring visit reports and debriefing notes to concerned stakeholders for effective and timely decision making.
 Provide support to conduct formative and summative evaluation that can support in identification and prioritization of problems, as well as project design.
 Maintain effective and efficient flow of timely and quality reports submission from districts to country office.
 To review field reports to ensure and improve the quality and accuracy of the data reported.
 To ensure that reports reflect organization strategies, policies, programming framework and project management tools

MNCH & NUTRITION Project 
·Design and contextualization of the latest monitoring tools for each project.
·Critical analysis of the all the reports and data to identify issues, capture trends and document lessons learned.
·Close integration with report writing teams to assure that lessons learned captured in reports and are understood by field staff.
·Building capacities of M&E team and Project staff in monitoring system, tools and guidelines

Advocacy Project with PSPU (Punjab Strategic & Planning Uniit) Department
Develop monitoring & evaluation and reporting system as well as indicator development for output and outcome monitoring in line with project objectives and support its compliance in all phases of the project.
 Supervise Field Supervisors for effective and quality implementation of project activities.
 Liaising with the private and public sector counterparts and stakeholders.
 Arrange and facilitate meetings with senior government officials at provincial level for the advocacy events and periodically brief project activities.
 Develop internal and donor meeting agenda, minutes of meetings, events reports and maintain records.
 Collect regular data from all operational staff and ensure quality of the data by random verifications and validations of MOVs.
 Develop tools and method for generation, collection and analysis of accurate and precise periodic reports for the Project.
 Ensure quality of the data maintained by the social mobilizers of; incoming patients; and referral of brick kiln women workers; recording by the computer data base assistant; its onward submission to DIS HO Islamabad.
 Share learning from M&E process with the team and work collaboratively with provincial Health department.

MNCH,FPPAC & DPCP HEALTH Projects,
Projects Major accomplishments during the work tenure include developing and reviewing strategic and operational plans.  Development and utilization of tools and guidance notes towards effective and efficient performance tracking and measurement and practical guidance to ensure better use of Sphere Standards in monitoring humanitarian programs;  Documented processes for best practices and lessons learnt based on program approaches relevant to the implementation of supported interventions and also contributed to enhance the reporting capacity of staff through training, workshops and other capacity building initiatives.  Roll out and manage Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) mechanism in Family Planning and Post Abortion Care projects of development program;  Contributed in setting up of field office MEAL System that incorporates monitoring tools, checklist, minimum standards and guidelines including Save the Children International Principles, DME (Design, Monitoring & Evaluation) Standards and Evaluation Policy, as well as standards promulgated by SPHERE, Code of Conduct, SMART principles, HAP-I (Humanitarian Accountability Partnership International) and other M&E relevant standards;  Developed frame works and M&E plan, set indicators and monitoring tools for each activity and time frame for education and health progra work closely with Senior Technical Advisor and Senior Manager MNCH/FP, who will be responsible for the designing and implementation of MNCH/FP related service delivery activities for the project; and the project implementation teams to ensure that project resources are applied appropriately.  Monitored and supervised project activities i.e. staff trainings, community mobilization sessions and advocacy events and seminars on a regular basis in line with the performance framework and work plan, identify gaps and suggest measures to improve performance of the project; ;
