Reviewing resumes and application and pre-screening the profile as
per eligibility criteria, conducting first round of telephonic interview
for the candidates to schedule interviews,
Processing performance based confirmation and contract renewal
cases of employee, preparing and submit all relevant HR letters /
documents / certificates as per the requirement of employees in
consultation with the management. (e.g. Appointment, warning,
termination, Promotion, increment etc.)
Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Supervising monthly payroll
processing including attendance, leaves, overtime, income tax and
other payments and deductions.
Coordinate with Head of Departments on manpower requirement for
each position in the Operation Unit. Preparing, managing and
administering monthly payroll.
Maintaining employee’s benefits programs and informing employees
of benefits. Working on Provident Fund of resigning employee
Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs
during the hiring process, placing offers and preparing offer letters,
conducting employee orientation and facilitation newcomers joining
formalities, monitoring attendance to ensure employee Punctuality.
Timely disbursement of salary, increment, leave encashment and full
& final settlement, responding queries related to leaves, health and
medical, salary slip clearance procedure and staff loans.
Reviewing resignation notification and issue acceptance of resignation,
conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them
accordingly, handling the full and final settlement of the employees
and issue experience certificates. Performing other duties as assigned
Compensation and benefit Maintaining employee’s benefits programs
and informing employees of benefits. Forming health insurance
benefits for employees and negotiate with the team. Working on
provident fund of resigning employees.
Canteen Management to manage breakfast, lunch & dinner for
residential and visiting Staff. To arrange 2 times teas for office staff.
Verified bills and other canteen charges.
Admin Responsibilities To control gate in & out system via guards.
Scheduling and placement of guards according to requirement of
company premises. Look after housekeeping of all department and
mill area too. Correspondence with all contractor (labours, Janitors,
canteen, Security, health insurance etc.)
