Preparation of Variation Order as per site requirements.
Preparation of rate analysis of the projects.
Coordinate with higher ups for funds requirement and utilization procedure of the projects for the running year.
Ensure performance of work in strict accordance with plans and specifications.
Perform quantity takeoff calculations and preparation of Vouchers as required.
Monitor the progress of activities against planned schedules.
Coordinate with Consultant & Contractor for proper execution of work.
Monitor the progress of production of the assigned activities.
Coordinate with Government Laboratories for sampling and testing of suspected material.
Follow the project quality plan in execution of work.
Follow the performance of work in strict accordance with approved safety plans.
Monitoring, implementing and reporting to higher ups on the operation of contractor quality control system.
Identification and proposals for construction problems during implementation of construction drawings at site.
