·         Supervising the operation and maintenance of R.O units to ensure high-quality water production.
·         Overseeing boiler operations to guarantee safe and efficient steam generation.
·         Managing cooling tower systems to maintain optimal cooling performance and energy efficiency.
·         Directing waste water treatment plant activities to comply with environmental standards and discharge regulations.
·         Ensuring the reliability and performance of air compressors for various industrial applications.
·         Overseeing the operation and maintenance of chiller systems to provide consistent cooling for process and comfort applications.
·         Implementing and monitoring preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and extend the lifespan of utilities.
·         Coordinating with engineering and maintenance teams to address technical issues and optimize system performance.
·         Leading safety and training programs to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
 
Other Roles & Responsibilities:
SAP Management:
 
·         Serve as the SAP key user for the Utility Department.
·         Handle various tasks related to SAP, such as
·         Formation of Production order as per production plan
·         Create PM notification as per required plan
·         Creation of service entry sheet for vendor invoices
·         Creation of reservations for issuance of items
·         Creation of Purchase Requisitions for supplies & services of 3rd Parties
 
Administrative Management:
·         Address and manage administrative tasks and HR-related issues for the utility staff.

Annual Budget Management:
 
·         Create and manage the annual budget for the Utility Department.
·         Monitor and control budget expenditures to ensure financial efficiency and compliance.
 
 

·         Over sees daily operation of the plant.
·         Leading a Shift team and give different instruction to operator and technician and helpers and supervisors and fitters for different maintenance Jobs according to work permit and update and train to operators in different process areas of petrochemical plant.
·         Monitoring, targeting and reporting all the respective work relevant to manager.
·         Inspects plant machinery, equipment, ground facilities to determine need for repair or corrective actions.
·         Estimates materials and supplies needed.
·         Investigates and responds to complaints.
·         Obtains necessary permits to perform required work.
·         Enforces safety regulation.
 

·         Management & safe operation of waste water treatment plant, R.O plant, Cooling tower plant, Softening plant, Potable water plant.
·         Maintaining the design & required parameters for all of the above plants.
·         Maintaining the daily log sheet.
·         Maintenance and trouble shooting.
·         Preparation and monitoring of chemical dosing on a regular basis.
 

·         To look after daily plant operation/maintenance
·         To conduct training and awareness sessions
·         To conduct environmental monitoring from 3rd party in order to meet legal regulations and customer needs
·         Responsible to provide assistance in external audits
