Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees.
Managing the employees data of each department.
Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment
Coordination with Technical panel and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference,
head hunting. Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
Advertising vacancies, screening and short listing resumes.
Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with department heads.
Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation
Payroll (ERP)
Talent management,
Compensation and employee benefits,
Training and development,
Compliance, and workplace safety.
Maintain Company Culture.
Act as back-up to Manager in performing business operations duties.
Provide Support to Operation manager as and when required.
Update internal operation procedures document as needed.
Coordinate with Manger to schedule team meetings and to provide follow-ups.
Store, file and retrieve corporate documents and reports as and when needed.
Order, store and organize all office supplies.
Manage incoming and outgoing letters and packages.
•Motivate and coach employees to meet service, sales, and repair goals.•Create and modify employee schedules with service levels in mind.•Maintain detailed logs and reports of services performed information.•Help out in operations and repair areas as needed and maintain comprehensive current knowledge of operations.
