Ensured the smooth functioning of shipping lines day to day, fortnight and monthendinvoicing, collection of payments, receipts, and offsetting and monitoring all transactions. Validation of all transactions is on my part for more than three years. Usually closed GL month wise within given time frame to ensure timely monthend reporting to region. Aging report of direct customers to CFO and Region office had also been on my part. The position was of supervisory nature and ensures all the activities performed according to the rules and regulations laid down in the SOPs / Policies and guidelines provided by DP World KarachiManagement and Region office.
