Perform all administrative and clerical duties.
Liaise with supplier and vendors.
File vouchers, bank statements and general filling.
Maintain timely manual attendance of employees up to dated and forward to hr.
Issue daily invoices and quotations. Filling up daily purchase orders and company stuff.
Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
Keep updated records of office expenses and cost and daily report to be send as daily basic priority to the management.
Handle and maintain confidential matters, correspondence and Report in between managers and hr respective person.
Monitor cash flow and petty cash accounts.
Arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
In charge of purchasing monthly usage such as stationeries ,toner ,packing materials and pantry storages,
Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customer
Arranging both internal and external events
Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
