Develop and monitor sound Recruitment & Selection plan and procedures for hiring at all levels, maintain job applicant’s database.
Design and conduct orientation program for new employees.
Act as liaison between management and employees, handle grievance, employee relations. negotiation with staff and their representatives on pay, working conditions and other issues.
Oversee Training Need Analysis for employees in order to identify the right need for training and then preparing training schedules, also ensure on time execution using internal and external means.
Identify and review Key Performance Indicators and process non-biased Employee Performance Appraisal annually
Analyze, review and process compensation & benefits policies ensuring legal compliance
Prepare and update Organizational Structures and write Job Descriptions through Job Analysis,
Make sure that all personnel records are maintained and updated as per ISO standards 9001, 14001, 17025, cGMP and WHO
Directly reports to Top Management of Company and provide decision support using effective tools (e.g. HR Analytics, HR Metrics)
