Worked is a Project Engineer at 200 School under Ministry of Capital Administrative Development Division (CADD) Renovation/Rehabilitation of Physical Infrastructure of Educational Institutions Under Prime Minister's Education Sector Reforms Program in Islamabad. My Responsibilities included:- • Over all site management & planning. • Organize work plan, Coordinate with construction Manager. • Work with the affiliate team to ensure that correct materials and tools at the site. • Taking photographs of site before, during and after completion of the work • Correspondence & Co-ordination with clients & consultants. • Co-ordination for preparation of shop drawings & as built. • Monitoring progress, preparations of weekly or monthly reports and arranges site meetings. • Working out quantities of various material requirements. • Preparing sales invoices & upkeep of an accurate accounts filing. • Plan construction / rehabilitation activities according to project objectives time-frames and designs • To insure the implementation of organization parameters, rules, regulation which are liable to be followed under Contract Agreements. • Support and supervise daily skilled and unskilled workers / project volunteers and give them useful instruction.
