My academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering, and a Master’s Degree in Project Management, all of which have laid a strong foundation for my career in leading and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
In addition to my academic credentials, I hold several industry-recognized certifications, including Project Management Professional® (PMI-PMP), Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Procurement & Supply Chain Management recognized by CILT. These certifications, coupled with my hands-on experience, have enabled me to develop a comprehensive skill set crucial for managing multifaceted construction and infrastructure projects.
Throughout my career, I have successfully led the planning, execution, and monitoring of a diverse range of civil infrastructure projects, including Public Buildings (IT Parks, Software Technology Parks, Schools, BHUs), Roads, Bridges, Water Supply Schemes, Flood Protection Works, WASH, and more. My extensive knowledge of FIDIC contracts, project management methodologies, procurement strategies, quality control protocols, and budget management ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Project: Establishment of Pakistan Digital City Haripur
Project Description:
The Project "Establishment of Pakistan Digital City Haripur" is planned over an area of 87 Kanals of land near Khanpur Interchange, Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with potential for future expansion. The objective of the project is to support the ICT industry and encourage entrepreneurship and innovation while promoting the growth of ICT and software businesses and creating employment opportunities.
The main Infrastructure work includes; an IT Park Building (G+4), Residential Apartments for Enterprise workers, a commercial area, Internal road network along other associated development works.
I am also assigned the additional responsibility of being the Focal Person for all Civil Infrastructure works executed by KPITB while working in Program Management Office. The Civil Infrastructure Projects are:
i. Establishment of Software Technology Parks at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
ii. Feasibility Study & Design of Gandhara Digital Complex at Peshawar
iii. Feasibility Study & Design of Gandhara Digital Complexes at Swat
iv. Feasibility Study & Design of Special Technology Zone Mardan
v. Feasibility Study & Design of IT Park Abbottabad.

Program: KP-Provincial Roads Improvement Project (Asian Development Bank Assisted)
Project: Dualization of Hattar-Haripur Road (22 Km)
Project Description:
The project involved the construction of a 22 Km dualized road (04 lanes) including 4 bridges, 1 flyover, 24 multi-cell culverts, 2 toll plazas, and offices.

Program: Pakistan Transition Initiative/ FATA Development Program (Government to Community)
Program Description:
The objective of the Program was to support the relationship between the communities and the Government of Pakistan (GoP) by implementing different nature of projects to improve the economic and social environment in various communities, including a strategy to use and enhance local media to inform people about the work of the GoP.
Main Responsibilities:
Surveying, Designing, and Supervising infrastructure projects such as Public Buildings Infrastructure (Schools, BHUs, Police/Khasadaar station, Jirga Hall etc.), Sports Stadiums, Parks, Roads & Culverts, Flood protection walls, Irrigation Channels, Solar Powered Drinking water supply schemes, WASH, and Micro Hydro Power schemes.
Procurement processes of works, goods & services.
Managing contractors and overseeing project execution.
Technical Documentation and Quantity Estimation
Collaborating with government and local authorities to identify and implement community development projects.
Ensuring Quality Assurance and Quantity Control (QA & QC).
Facilitating community engagement and prioritizing community needs.

Program: Bacha Khan Poverty Alleviation Program (BKPAP)
Program Description:
The Program was an initiative implemented by the Sarhad Rural Support Program (SRSP) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. The BKPAP aims was to reduce poverty and promote sustainable development in the rural areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The program focused on empowering rural communities by providing them with access to resources, services, and training that can help them improve their livelihoods.
One of the components of the BKPAP was to improve the physical infrastructure in rural areas of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. The goal of this component is to create an enabling environment for economic activities and improve the quality of life of the rural population.
Main Responsibilities:
Designing, planning, and monitoring Community Physical Infrastructures (CPIs) schemes such as schools, warehouses, health centers, community centers, Rural Access Roads, Suspension Bridges, Micro hydropower projects, WASH, and Water Supply Schemes.
Creating architectural and structural drawings for infrastructure schemes.
Ensuring Quality Assurance and Quantity Control.
Conducting monitoring visits to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
Assisting in financial expenditure tracking.
Providing regular progress reports to Program Coordinators and Managers.
Project: Construction of Govt. Middle School at Sheikh Muhammadi Grid Station, Peshawar
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct site surveys and prepare layouts.
Prepare and obtain approval for shop drawings from the consultant.
Prepare & submit Bill of Quantities & Interim Payment Certificates (IPC), ensuring their approval.
Regularly inspect ongoing activities at the site to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
Arrange necessary resources for the smooth execution of the project.
Prepare technical proposals and bid documents.
Attend pre-tender and tender meetings.
