Joining Wartsila Pakistan was challenging and good experience, as i

While plant was in commissioning stage, responsibilities were to take
over all spare W20V34SG from customer (SNPC) and complete all
documentation
Inspection and counting of spares, setting of racks and arrangement of
spares as per standard of Wartsila and entry of stock in WPS (Work
Permit System)
Responsibilities as warehouse in charge to manage inventory of spares,
general items, chemicals and lube's in WPS
Proper care of spares, general items and maintaining good healthy
environment with implementation of 5S in warehouse
Stacking of all items in shelves in warehouse and numbering of racks
according to Wartsila standard procedure and implement of FIFO in
warehouse
Track record of all Purchase Requisition (internal and external) and
update status to HOD on weekly basis
Inspection of new spares and general items by relevant department
Track record of all gate passes
Monthly reports like Stock report, consumption report, purchase
requisition reports share with HOD
Implementation of all warehouse procedures as per standard of Wartsila
Worked directly with [departments, clients, management] to achieve

Working as MAXIMO (Inventory Management) user
Throughout implementation of Maximo at SNPC, support Maximo team
for warehouse stock data required for inventory management.
