• Support, Supervise, monitor and evaluate the development and implementation of a sustainable Health & Nutrition promotion program in the targeted communities and Health facilities of Thatta district under EU-WINS Program of women and infant improved nutrition services in Sindh.
• Identify the areas of need for health & nutrition promotion and education within targeted communities through contact with CRPs, LHWs, LHSs, National program and community representatives, including assessment of knowledge and practices amongst clinics attendants.
• Arrange and assist FSNC in arranging and facilitating the formal and informal trainings (TOTs) for Nutrition Assistants, OTP Assistants & COMMUNITY MOBILIZERS to train further LHWs and CRP accordingly with the agreed curriculum.
• Preparing written reports of activities on regular basis and submit to FS&NC and SHC.
• To monitor the registration of children up to 02 years of age in Food security CCT component both at health facility and community levels and to ensure transparency in the CCT component by regular visits in the communities and keeping close coordination with the district & union council offices.
• To evaluate the data per health facility wise using M&E Tracker in order to get known the performance, admission ratio of each team, on monthly basis.
• To monitor and coordinate the survey teams during different baselines, mid-term and endline surveys like SQUEAC, KAP, KPC, SMART and rapid assessments, conducted by MERLIN Sindh in Thatta, Badin, Tharparker or elsewhere as directed by line manager.
• To participate in the monthly/weekly cluster meetings held by PPHI Thatta, or Department of Health district Thatta, to represent MERLIN.
• To document the performance of each team during monitoring visits by using different monitoring tools like, checklists, photos, evidence-based evaluations and M&E reports.

• To make the daily work plan and reports of the Nutrition CMAM program activities at UC level.
• To facilitate and conduct the sessions (with practical) in community (especially women and children) on different topics of Health and Nutrition Education as devised in the plan made after the close coordination with the Team Leader.
• To aware the villagers about the causes of Malnutrition and to mobilize them how to recover/prevent from this dangerous disease by keeping attention on their personal hygiene.
• To screen out different villages by using ‘Anthropometric measurements’.
• To run the OTP and SFP programs, and to follow-up the SAM and MAM patients accordingly.
• Laise the communication with Government and Non-Government stakeholders, MoH and BHU Staff in order to run the program effectively..
• To train the whole Team members, Community outreach workers and Volunteers on different topics.

• Maintaining the Lesson Plans of the topics to be delivered next day in different classes.
• Teaching of the subjects included:
i. ENGLISH LITERATURE: Class 6, Class 8 (Prep.II, and Class 9th),
ii. HISTORY: Class 6, and Class 8 (Prep.II),
iii. GEOGRAPHY: Class 7 (Prep.II),
iv. SCIENCE: Class 5 (Junior Level), Class 6, and Class 7 (Prep.I),
v. BIOLOGY: Class 9th (O level),
• Exploring the notes of Biology and different subjects on Internet, for the students of Class 9th, to give them for self study as per the rules of the Agha Khan University Educational Board, because the school was affiliated with The Agha khan Educational Board Karachi, The Agha Khan University Pakistan.
• To conduct general weekly coordination meetings with Subject Senior Teachers.
• To conduct the classes based activities on different types of Teaching Methodology, specially the Bloom’s Taxonomy such as: Brainstorming, Lecture method, Demonstration and Discussion etc.
• To monitor and supervise the students activities inside and outside the Classes and School.
• To mobilize and make students prepared, for co-curricular activities.
• To evaluate students performance on monthly basis

• To make the daily work plan of the WASH and Nutrition program activities of the team. To interpret the words of the Villagers from Sindhi language to English, for the Program Manager ‘WASH’ project and the Donors of Australian Aid International during their visit.
• Coordination of the implementation of the assistance program at the local level, in close collaboration with the implementing partners and donors.
• Monitoring the overall commodity movements such as transport and distribution of food deliveries, storage, at the site and verify if the amounts received have been properly recorded.
• Assistance in the conduct of regular meetings of refugee leaders and implementing partners on the commodity pipeline, distribution arrangements, food entitlements and other relevant issues.
• Doing KAP/KPC/SMART Survey of the new Villages and working out as per the instructions in the villages approved to instervent WASH activities and install the Water Borings and Tube wells.
• Participating in the Coordination cluster meetings of UN-OCHA at D.C.O Office Thatta.
• Monitoring and managing the Logistics department and the Warehouses of A.A.I, located at Thatta, Sujawal, and different Field Offices.

• Teach students of Intermediate Classes Biology in general and Zoology in particular.
• To conduct laboratory manual work in Zoology lab, for Higher Secondary level students.

• To collect the data from different affected patients of genetic diseases in Malmari, Jungshahi and Gujjo cities of Thatta district to give it to the Ph.D Scholar Dr. Mehtab Sindhi, than Ph.D candidate at MNS (Malmari-Montreal Study) project in Montreal University Canada.
• Negotiation with affected/unaffected patients and their sibling, during the Psychiatric tests, conducted by distinguished Psychiatrist Dr. MQ Brohi.
• Read and study the abstracts and material assigned by scholars to expedite the process.
• Identify and trace the psychiatric patients of Schizophrenia and bipolar manic disorders.
