Since July 27 2022 I am posted at Hyderabad as Regional Head Credit Administration, and handling / supervising the total booked credit portfolio Rs.24.000(b),(Retail Rs.12.000(b)+ Commercial Rs6.00(b) and Agri Rs.6.900(b) with more than 65 pledge sites).
Worked as Regional Head Credit Administration, at HBL Sukkur Region, since April 4 2017 till July 26 2022, Sukkur Region at HBL includes various areas of Sindh & Baluchistan including Ghotki, Pannu Aqil, Sukkur, Rohri, KhairPur, Noshero Feroz, Moro, Dadu, Larkana, Kashmore, Kandh Kot, Jacobabad, Usta Muhammad, DM Jamali etc., with total booked credit portfolio Rs.17.500(b) of Retail Rs.14.200(b)+ Commercial Rs3.8(b) and Agri Rs.1.5(b) including 155 pledge sites.
Worked as Manager credit administration department from September 2013 till April 3,2017 at UBL RCAD Sukkur,
Three years experience of consolidation and compilation of data more then 1200+ branches of the country and timely submission of reports/ data to SBP/ Senior Management - at UBL

Regional Head Credit Administration
Presently handling a credit Portfolio of Rs.24.900 billion Approx. consists of various types of lending including SME, Commercial & Agriculture financing. Job responsibilities include Credit proposal's review, Credit documentation perfection,Post disbursal monitoring,Safe custody and Audit & Compliance but not limited
Lead a team of credit administrators in managing credit portfolios across multiple regions.
Conduct credit analysis, risk assessments, and due diligence on new and existing customers
Collaborate with business units to identify and mitigate credit risks
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce credit losses
Manage and report on credit performance metrics, including credit losses, provisions, and asset quality
Manager CAD
Manager RCAD, Review Pre &Post Credit Applications documents as Per PPMs (Rice, Cotton, and Business Mortgage Finance & Liquid Securities), update LOS and forward to Credit Committee for Approval.
Review & Check Security Support Documents, Review charge document as per PPMs, feed limit amount, drawing power, expiry date of limit, mark-up rate, repayment schedule if any and other relevant information in Symbol / System immediately after issuance of DAC and Maintain complete MIS of RCAD Sukkur and regularly report data in respect of outstanding portfolio of the Region.
SBP Reporting Officer
Assistant Manager MIS/SBP reporting officer, responsible in various monthly, quarterly and half yearly reporting of SME, infrastructure projects and export refinance schemes to State Bank of Pakistan and other Government agencies furthermore, assist senior manager , manager finance in the Weekly& Monthly reporting chart of accounts(ROCA),GAP analysis for SBP borrowings under the schemes of export refinance.
