Assume overall responsibility for proposal development (briefer and concept notes)
Monitoring and coordinating the implementation of the Agribusiness Support Fund (ASF) and United
State Agency for International Development (USAID) project components in region, together with supporting the preparation of detailed work-plans, targets and budgets.
Developing and reviewing (proposal for targeted community) intervention briefers and concept papers for Farmers Enterprise Groups based on the business profile provided by the concern value chain officer
Negotiate, draft and finalize grant agreements between the project and grantees
Contribute to the overall reporting by collecting information from district Dir Lower, Swabi, Gilget Baltistan and Swat offices on specific formats
Work closely with staff to obtain beneficiary signatures on all grants and compliance documents
Preparation of grants agreements and other grants documents for farmers enterprise groups
Facilitate baselines and end line and conduct monitoring visits and post evaluation of activities
Maintain complete grant files of all project activities in both soft and hard copy
Assist staff in tracking the progress of field monitoring, visit to project area by which the intended outputs are being produced to fulfil the impact of the project
Coordinate and liaison the implementation of baseline surveys follows on monitoring and evaluation exercises for various initiatives
M S Access Database management (social, sale and business data of all targeted members of the community) of Gilget Baltistan, Swat, Dir Lower, Malakand and Swabi
Prepare monthly/mid and final narrative reports of the project by working closely with Program Managers Implementation and MEAL
Carry out data collection according to prescribed beneficiary selection criteria for value chain development
Form community-based Self-help groups and apex bodies comprising of selected families are formed

Monitor project activities, prepare, and provide inputs, information, and statistics for project reports (Bi-weekly, Monthly and Quarterly) for internal and external purposes
Facilitate Project Coordinator in follow up of the grants with donor for Farmer Enterprise Groups grants related matters on behalf of LASOONA
Developed detailed implementation, procurement, communication, tracking sheet and plans
Conduct household surveys and needs assessments to identify populations and develop enterprise development interventions
Implement and monitor on-farm/off-farm trainings, enterprise activities, and trainings while fostering partnerships with government departments and stakeholders

Identification of potential areas, villages, projects and beneficiaries as per guidelines set out in the project proposal
Introduction of LASOONA and the project in partner communities.
Mobilization of partner communities and facilitate creation and formation of village representative committees.

Participate in the weekly planning and review meetings and fortnightly meetings as and when required.Provide inputs in designing, planning and implementation of all recovery programs according to financial farmers.Assist the project officer in entry, management and update of agriculture data in MIS system.Maintenance and update of filling system and record keeping.
Work closely with partners and local communities to do participatory needs assessment, project design and implementation.
Assist project officer agriculture in preparation of regular update narrative and progress reports
Recognize the farming systems present in the Project\'s areas and assist the beneficiaries to mobilize resources and expertise to improve their crop.
Maintain communications with project beneficiaries on time sowing and other cultural practices
 Coordinate and implement agricultural relief and recovery activities in flood-affected areas


To will facilitate  the overall social mobilization activities at the field level as well as provide support/Capacitate community mobilizers in the implementation of project activities
To develop case studies to reflect project impacts and also prepare of daily, weekly, and monthly work plans, to ensure the timely submission of technical and activities reports
To form community organization (CO)/WASH Committees and subcommittees in the project area as needed.
To facilitate the formation of community-based Self-help groups and apex bodies comprising of selected families
To conduct initial contacts/broad-based community meetings (BBCM) / stakeholders workshop at the community level for the introduction of the project in the targeted village
To facilitate in conducting needs assessment/baseline, end line/surveys for data collection
To provide active support in the development of value chains, business models and cooperatives among target communities.
Proper record keeping of project activities at the community and office level both in soft & hard form.
Assist in identification & prioritization of most vulnerable / marginalized villages through PRA tools
To ensure Identification and prioritization of the most pressing needs of the communities through PRA tools (issues prioritize).
To identification of beneficiaries for multiple project interventions
To conduct orientation sessions with community organizations on Safeguarding and its complaint mechanism, and awareness-raising of protection risks and available services.
To resolve conflict among the target community through effective dialogues


Provide technical expertise and guidance on agricultural practices and flood-resistant crop varieties
Collaborate with local communities and government to ensure effective agriculture-related interventions and sustainable recovery
Undertake any other responsibility relevant to his job description and assigned by the project manager and project officer agriculture.
Where relevant, assist the Project manager and organization in agriculture, livelihood and management tasks.
