• Make the Journal Entries in The system & maintain all Financial Records of the company including Ledger and all sub ledgers like debtors, creditors and fixed asset.
• Managing and reviewing the financial statements
• Prepare the Annual Budget & the quarterly Forecast & prepare the various reports on the basis of the actual result and forecast result.
• Prepare and submit Monthly Profit & Loss and Sales Analysis reports to HQ.
• Responsible in processing and reviewing Payment Vouchers, Purchase Approval Forms, Purchase Order, Sales Invoices, Credit and Debit Notes
• To monitor and review the internal control system with the accounts and finance section
• To work collaboratively with the other units to assess the financial aspects of each unit in relation to its operation as a cost center
• Stock Level monitoring in close cooperation with product management, sales department and logistic.
• Liaison with Bank & External auditors to make the operations of the year end smoothly.
• Monitoring the administration work also like renewal of trade license of the company, insurances of the cars as well as Expiration of visas of the employees.
• Arrange and attend audit finding meetings with management and the stake holders.
• Advise senior management on effectiveness and efficiency of the internal controls in the organization, and report significant issues to senior Management after getting the clarifications on audit findings with line managers.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Maintain the financial statement of the Division
• Work on Jobs and maintain the profitability reports in Oracle based Orion Software
• Monitor the Petty Cash of the division and also work with the other units of the division to assess the financial aspects of the division
• To be responsible the cash collection of the division and also the payables.
• Monitor the sales of the division and maintain the relation with the customer in Industrial sector for increase the sales.
• Responsible in processing and reviewing Payment Vouchers, Purchase Approval Forms, Purchase Order, Sales Invoices, Credit and Debit Notes.
• Manage AP/AR; preparation of financial statements and MIS reports, planning, forecasts budgets, variance analysis, cash flows, Balance Sheet and monthly closing of all ledgers.
• Handle complete books of accounts independently up to completion with zero error tolerance including books of transaction, cash, inventory, production and other related jobs

• Arrange and attend audit finding meetings with management and the stake holders.
• Implement internal audit checks for risk management and suggest internal controls and advise on various audit projects and matters and ensure to have initial focus on revenue assurance.
• Suggested practical, Cost Effective and acceptable recommendations to the process management to Mitigate identified risks.
• • Review of timesheet procedure, verification of compliance document i.e. transfer form for new employee or employee transferred from different site and other compliances for leave, termination, and resumption.
• Implement and develop risk–based audit plans (monthly/ quarterly/ annual) defining the scope,
• Nature and timing of the activities to be carried out.
• Successfully implemented governance principles, group policies and procedure for Treasury Accounting & Financial Reporting, Financial Information Disclosures, Safeguarding of assets and Procurement to improve control environment of the company.
