production and avoid major abnormalities.
- Equipment’s Upgradation: Responsible for upgradation of equipment for the new models focusing on new features, reducing the Retest Rate and abnormal effects to optimize the efficiency of testing system.
- Guidance and Trainings: Responsible for implementing maintenance plans, and promoting team contribution to make things efficient and result oriented, making guidance for abnormal issues.
