Providing services in production and R&D department for designing and implementing different innovative intelligent systems. In production section, maintain close coordination with E & I for Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation and Control Systems relating activities. Plan and implement daily, periodic, preventive and shutdown maintenances schedules. Lead modification and maintenance of production lines setup, PLC's for Sequence Control, Control Logic & Loops as per the requirement of Process and/or for new Installation. Guide and troubleshoot, plant, machinery, PCBs, Inverters, PLCs, Controllers, Pneumatic and Hydraulic actuators, Instrumentations and control valves. Managing and maintenance of CNC based 3D printers (Creality). Expertise of PCBs designing and troubleshooting the complex circuits of Inverters, Regulators, Supplies and machines. In R & D section, responsible for design and development of humanoid robotic arm, controlled via hydraulic actuators and used for cleanliness of power transmission lines along with the drone. Complete hardware fabrication, material and actuators selection, and autonomous control of its functionality. Responsible for fixed manipulator for its autonomous control used for serving the dishes in restaurant. Lead procurement for different projects, cope with the inventory of projects and machines parts and essentials.
Responsible for the production test maintenance and management system to ensure the continuity of production system. Route and repair faults of printed circuit boards (PCB Repair ) through domain of embedded systems. Create monthly exponentially growing results related to efficiency and quality of products. Achieve continuously decaying curve in material loss, retest and corrective maintenance time. Lead a team of multiple members to diminish the downtime and make guidance for engineers/technicians
