Job Description:
· Assist the flow of business operations.
· Be a central source of information (Finance, NOC and Operational Sector). Keep and maintain financial records.
· Organize and align meetings via cold calls and emails.
· Respond to customer requests. Also schedule the Sales Consultants meeting.
· Manage customer accounts, also take follow- ups.
· Generate invoices and send quotation as per client requirements.
· In Zoho CRM, generate leads and add contacts.
· To identify the opportunity of growth by conduct market research.
· Contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
