Job Description:
Extend support and facilitation to Training Officer to achieve the project’s set outcomes/deliverables.
Manage and conduct training orientation sessions and develop its materials including training schedule and work plan.
Monitor and manage the training of staff & volunteers to produce desired results and make efforts to develop a professional pool of visiting instructors and volunteers.
Keep and maintain the relevant records including attendance of trainees, trainers, visit reports, trainee’s documents, stipend records, results of internal and external exams and TPM reports.
Review, understand and ensure the proper implementation of the set policies, procedures, rules of business and standards for the smooth management of projects.
Conduct regular meeting with trainers and project staff to review progress, develop action plans and manage to follow ups.
