Designed project on enhancing employability through vocational and skill development training program under second wave of COVID-19 on production of face masks, hygiene pads among adolescent girls in five districts of Baluchistan i.e. Pishin, Chaghi, Qilla Abdullah, Chaghi, Noushki and Kharan. The proposed duration of this vocational training program was two weeks followed by one week of (Business planning training) by certified trainer and one week of refresher amounting to four weeks in total.

Review the completeness and adequacy of the Project’s environmental monitoring in order to ensure that the project activities are in compliance with the environmental protection measures detailed in the EIA and EMP. This will be conducted through the assessment of the adequacy of monitoring parameters, sampling frequency, methodology, and sampling locations. The EM shall recommend improvements to enhance the accuracy and reliability of the monitoring results based on supporting evidence and adequate justification. Analysing comprehensive research, the attitudes and perceptions of different segments of tribal society regarding possible governance reforms including Frontier Crimes Regulation (FCR).On the basis of research findings, draw up recommendations on FATA Reforms through participatory stakeholder consultations in Pakistan.
Duties and responsibilities included promoting the LETS (Luton Educational Task Force) approach to waste minimization throughout Luton by working with Schools, youth groups, clubs in villages/ town halls, community centers etc; Holding events for creating awareness among the residents about environmental hazards and the importance of recycling in our life; keeping migrants aware of recycling & waste management policies, Also promoted recycling and awareness through direct interaction with the community; Presentation on project’s progress to Mayor & Councilors.
