With around 10 years of diverse experience in Human Resources and Management domains, I am currently the Head of HR at Freedom Technologies Pvt. Ltd. A Denmark-based software firm that provide SaaS and Fintech solutions. In this role, I oversee all HR aspects, including policy designing, succession planning, learning and development, pay equity, payroll, recruiting, data analysis, organizational investigations, employee compensation and well-being, career pathing, retention planning, compliance, and HR operations.
Before joining this company, I served as an Assistant Director of HR at Kashmir Orphans Relief Trust (KORT), a UK-based International NGO that supports the education and welfare of orphans in Pakistan-administered Kashmir & throughout uplifting of deserving domain over the Asia region propellant. I was responsible for policy making, operational management, recruitment, training and development, and reporting. I also handled national and international delegations, media interviews to the nation & international channels/Vloggers and motivational counselling for the orphans administered at south Asia’s largest orphanage.
Prior to that, I spent seven years in the Pakistan Navy as a Marine Corps Officer, where I gained valuable skills and experience in leadership, discipline, occupational health and safety, teamwork, event management, international delegate management, and instructorship. I hold multiple certifications in strategic leadership, team development, people management, SHRM-CP prep, HR HERO, Business Values & Ethics and others related to HR & Leadership. I am passionate about helping people and organizations achieve their full potential and making a positive impact in the society.
Serving as Head of HR at Freedom Technologies Pvt. Ltd I led initiatives across 28 European states, addressing the comprehensive requirements essential for startup operations as outlined below:
