As a researcher and teacher educator, I, Sabrina Karam, possess more than four years of professional experience in the field of education, research, volunteerism, advocacy, leadership, management, training, planning, designing, and implementation. I have done four years of Bachelor's degree (BS) in Psychology from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABIST). The main area of my work includes research, social and development research, coordination, teaching, planning, human rights, human development, and community mobilization. I have worked with numerous leading organizations including UNDP, Shifa International Hospital, and the National Council of Social Welfare.
Currently, I am working with BamBeeni Early Learning Center as a Team Lead. My current responsibilities are preparing daily lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines, planning classroom activities and arranging class field trips, coordination and establishing positive relationships with students and parents, and addressing feedbacks and suggestions of students and parents.
Furthermore, during these professional tenures, I have worked under high management and excellent professional leadership, and in doing so, I have gained excellent coordination and communication skills. In addition, I have a good command over various software including Microsoft Office, SPSS, Adobe Photoshop, etc.

Discuss the treatment of problems with my supervisors and obtain and study medical, psychological, social, and family histories, by interviewing individuals, couples, or families, and by reviewing records.
Conducts intake interviews with subjects and completes the required clinical documentation via our electronic recordkeeping system on the same day.
