Evaluate Competition by visiting competing stores, gathering information such as style,
quality, and prices of competitive merchandise.
Attracts customers by originating display ideas, producing merchandise display in
windows and on sales floor.
Help customers by providing information, answering questions, obtaining merchandise
requested, completing payment transactions, preparing merchandise for delivery.
Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels, anticipating
customer demand.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
Maintains quality services by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Preparation and sharing of monthly, weekly and daily closing reports to higher
management.
Invoicing to customer as per delivery details.
Confirmation of invoices & providing statement of account to customers.
Follow up for payment collection.
Collection of payments through cash or cheque and deposit in company bank account
Record all financial transactions in accounting software.
Reconciliations of customer accounts.
Visit the customers as per requirement.
Maintain compliance with financial Policies and procedures set by higher management.
Preparation of residential & commercial gas contract.
Prepare Monthly consumption and main tank level report.
Billing for the gas usage on monthly basis along with timely collection.
Identify maintenance issue and escalate it to concerned department.
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and
communicating relevant information.
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
