I have been working as a researcher since I completed my MSc degree in 2010. Freelancing and on job research in the fields of social sciences and management have been conducted.
I have conducted primary and secondary desk research on multiple topics. The emphasis of my research has been to analyze and recommend strategy formulation measures for various private and government entities. These reports have academic value as they are thoroughly researched from refereed sources for diversified purposes like understanding of project for inception phase, strategic goals, impact and needs assessment. Along with this, program development is one of the major activities I've performed so far.
I am also a Master Trainer for Disability Inclusive Disaster Risk Reduction Training.

Visit of almost 45 villages of Islamabad, conducted questionnaire based house hold survey, data cleaning.

Data entry and analysis of gathered data on Gender Based Violence, data entry on SPSS and Excel, noted life histories, translated Urdu responses in English.
I was hired as ‘Research Officer’, however, with hard work and dedication I was promoted on the position of ‘Senior Research Officer’ after two months. My daily tasks include secondary research, questionnaire development, proposal writing, report writing and representation of organization on different forums, where required. Projects I have worked till now are:

I was hired as a Content Analyst and after the dedication and hard work I was promoted as ‘Content Analyst Lead’. My responsibilities included media monitoring of newspapers, submission of most highlighted and important news weekly, conduction of Inter-code Reliability Test of content analysts, team coordination and solving issues faced by team
members.
