 Managing, training and deploying security personnel consisting of more than 120 staff. Physically and virtually monitoring along with performing extensive search of more than 500 vehicles entering the plant on daily basis
 Prepared SOPs of contingency planning and threat perception for the leading cement plant scattered over 10,000 Kanals. Responsible for safe escort of visiting foreign officials and technical expert from all across Pakistan

 Administered daily security operations of the campus. Handled all security & administration incidents and ensured smooth execution of campus operations
 Proactively identified discrepancies and improved security procedures. Analyzed, coordinated and lead response activities in case of any emergency situations

 Deployed security personnel consisting of 145 guards to 14 posts stationed over 17000 kanal of company estate. Provided safe escort to management and visiting officials to site. Implemented security procedure and protocols at estate along with monitoring maneuver of Quick Reaction Force (QRF)
 Designed security plans, contingency plans and SOPs for all pickets of the estate. Liaised with law enforcement and local government for smooth security operations.

 Managed and deployed 120 security guards and 55 policemen at 22 static pickets positioned across 6 square kilometers. Provided security to management and visiting officials. Provided and monitored maneuver of Mobile Response Team (MRT). Implemented security procedure and protocols according to international standards

 Monitored UVSS and CCTV systems consisting of 33 mobile and static cameras placed across the internal and external vicinity. Deployed 8 static police posts at outer radius of 5 – 6 Km from the power plant. Ensured police patrols 24 hours a day. Liaised with government administration, local police and intelligence agencies like Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and Military Intelligence (MI) to ensure smooth execution of security operations
 Provided training to security force including guards, SSG supervisors, wireless operators and drivers on weapon handling, contingency planning, emergency drills and fire fighting .

 Provided security for safe transit of ships of NATO-US at Karachi port along with loading and lashing of military cargo at company warehouse. Designed security plans for off-site visit of foreign officials by coordinating with local law enforcement agencies and analyzing current law & order situation through pulse reports. Explored and marked primary & secondary routes along with alternate route in case of any emergency for transit of NATO-US military cargo from Karachi to Pak-Afghan border.
 Prepared SOPs for guards, radio & CCTV operators, close protection team, drivers, IED, bomb, RPG mortar and small arms threat for foreign officials. Monitored security personnel to provide protection to foreign officials at head office and 18 regional offices across Pakistan
