Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment and selection process 2. Conduct exit interviews 3. Ensure complete overall performance appraisals are received and compile the results and share the results with the management4. Development of different departments/supervisor performance perception satisfaction survey and their analysis 5. Preparation of payroll sheet6. Coordinating and processing EOBI and TAKAFUL Insurance. 7. Collaborate with respective departments to manage administrative and logistic concerns ensuring a smooth training process.8. Prepare appropriate training material, such as; stationery, hand-outs, booklets, etc.9. Distribute and manage accurate questionnaire process; compose pre/post-test measures and report findings to respective supervisors.10. Record, manage and report training feedback to respective supervisors.11. Identify and entertain internal training and development needs and also identify training sources.12.
