Conducting training on Prevention from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and other HR Implementation Policies. 
Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, systems, and donor regulations, while maintaining accurate documentation, including timesheets, leave forms, payrolls, and exit interview records.
