1. Program – planning, execution and reporting:
• Under the over all guidance of Manager Social Mobilization/ Manager Admission & Attendance Compliance (As per designated regions) , District Coordinator shall manage the overall functioning of the district office in view of the mandate of SM-NCTP.
• Understand the concept of the project and its significance in terms of Waseela-e-Taleem programme roll-out.
• Review and compile the tehsil work plan of SM Teams as per over all social mobilization plan.
• Identify operational and other regional challenges such as mobility of women, language, geography, etc.
• Shall be responsible for all activities including micro supply capacity assessment (MSCA) Survey, beneficiary mobilization campaign, WT women registration centers and admission & attendance compliance, mapping of BISP beneficiaries and capacity building.
• Provide support and guidance to Tehsil C’ordinators/Social Organizers during all the stages of project cycle.
• Oversee the formation of committees at each level.
• Coordinate with BISP and other relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and oversight all the relevant reports including daily/weekly, mothly and quartely.
• Review the monitoring reports of field monitoring officer; and develop an action plan against the gaps identified by Monitoring Officers.
• Facilitate PMU in implementing the capacity building activities.
• Represent BISP social mobilization component at district and tehsil level.
• Facilitate TCs and team in the mapping of beneficiaries, formation of BISP Beneficiaries Committees (BBCs),micro supply capacity assessment (MSCA) Survey, beneficiary mobilization campaign, WT women registration centers and admission & attendance compliance.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly review meetings at district level to assess the performance and progress of social mobilization team.
• Guide teams in preparing the monthly plans accordingly.
2. Management (Operations support and cooridnation aroun
o It was Mother and child health care project where we support to the poor families of district kamber shahdadkot and deliver following activities
MY responsibilities
o Oversee all project activities and be the main contact point for the donor and the field staff
o Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the donor organization.
o Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, action plans , monitoring processes and manage (57,00,000pkrs) budget of the project
o Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis to the donor.
o Lead and motivate the project team and monitor project activities and project expenditure and coordinate work with consultants and volunteers in the project
o Ensures close collaboration and coordination with cooperating partners to guarantee smooth implementation of activities and achievement of results as specified in project agreement.
o Maintain coordination with Deputy Commissioner, District Health Officer, Focal Person MNCH, district coordinators of other MCH component partners at district level
o Coordination with International/National and relevant stakeholders of the Govt.
o Develop fund raising proposals for organization and writing weekly/monthly progress reports of organization
o Preparing Annual report of the Organization
o Attending coordination meetings behalf of organization with INGOs/NGOs , Govt officials and cluster meetings

o Overall management of the Pirbhat WASH program including execution and budget control, direct line management of the emergency WASH, Lead Engineer, Lead Hygiene Promoter, Water Safety Officer and technical and program management of the emergency staff.
o Ensure that the WASH teams document standards and techniques through demonstration models with the aim of developing water and sanitation facilities that can be provided to beneficiaries cost effectively
o Ensure adherence to program schedules plan the activities of the section and ensure effective implementation of the program schedules
o Review and approve contract documentation including drawings, specifications and bills of quantities and support the WASH team in developing these.
o Ensure quality of materials and workmanship in the program activities.
o Support and advise Program coordinator of organization in developing the capacity of team members, community workers and volunteers while developing the management and technical capacity of senior WASH staff.
o Liaise with all parts of the team to ensure consistency of messages, communication and practices with the community and beneficiaries.
o Ensure close linkage and interaction between the water, thesanitation and the hygiene team.
o . Prepare reports for the Pirbhat WDS Programs as required.
o Carry out other activities as requested.

o Report monthly, quarterly and weekly progress on all project activities to project Manager and project donor.
o Conduct capacity assessment on existing monitoring and evaluation system Develop indicators and a monitoring strategy for the project.
o Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, annual and other reports to Project Management Team and UNDP.
o Participate in annual project reviews and planning workshops and assist the Project Manager in preparing relevant reports.
o Support monitoring and evaluation of the effects and impact of the project.
o Assist in coordinating across the available components of the Project to ensure effective implementation of M&E.
o Assist the project personnel with M&E tools and in supporting them in their use.
