As a young and motivated individual, I am reallyinterested in submitting an application for the advertisedinternship opportunityat the embassy of Denmark ,Islamabad.
I have completed my Bachelor studies and obtained a degree in Business Administration (BBA-Honours) from _____ University Islamabad in the year ______. Not only I managed to secure the top position in each semester and maintained a GPA of ____ but also I engaged myself in extra-curricular activities and won many prizes for my university.Â
While completing my Bachelor studies, I worked part-time for a year as ‘Office Assistantr’ for _____located in Blue Area, Islamabad. My key responsibilities in this role were to provide face-to-face customer service regarding, filing of documents, following up on pending tasks and arranging meetings. Being an office assistant, it was also my duty to supervise all operational procedures on daily basis.
With regard to my ability to meet the specific requirements for this internship:
• Customer Service: Past and current work experience deals in a face-to-face customer service environment providing customer service to vendors, subcontractors and customers.
• General Administration: Degree in Business Administration has provided training in the use of skills including filing, data processing, records management and written communication.
• Computer literacy: Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook. Working knowledge of accounting software (Quickbooks &Peachtree).
My teachers and employers have commended me for my high level of interpersonal skills and naturally engaging personality. My motivations include learning new things and the challenge of meeting key objectives. I understand that you will receive a large number of applications for this role. I do, however, believe that my motivation, commitment and acquired skills will allow me to fit into your work environment and immediately start supporting the needs of your organisation.Â
