Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.

Custodian of the overall record maintenance of regular employees
Responsible to look after and manage overall MCL employee's related matters i.e.; Leave management, leave encashment including Financial assistance
Time to time data upgradation Processing of death cases.
Processing of pay fixation Initiation of 17/A Cases Hearings / Representation of regular employees in different offices.
Sahulat Center Supervision of all Sahulat Center of LHR.
Grievance handling while ensuring timely resolution of employee’s concerns related to attendance, salary, transfer posting, administration, complaint redressals and leaves Etc.
Close coordination with all concerned for timely resolution of HR-ER and related Issues Suggest way forward for the implementation of Sahulat Centre.

To lead on the development of a staff skills and knowledge database in order to maximise the diverse talents of the organisation.
Developing and executing/overseeing the delivery of organizational change management support processes.

Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.

Arrange orientation and training programs.
Monitor all activities relating to Time Office.
Plan, develop and implement recruitment and selection procedure by coordinating with HOD.

Keeping track of all new employees probation periods, notifying and organizing their reviews/appraisals with the line managers.
Responsible for preparation of Daily Attendance Statement (time in/out) report and submission for management review.
Assist in conducting Job Analysis & design.
